Financing Options

1. Purchase space - price dependent on amount of space purchased and purchaser's improvements

2. Conventional Lease - lease rate depenent on amount of space leased, lessee's contribution to upfitting space and duration of lease.

3. Lease/Purchase - start out with a conventional lease as in #2 and then apply a portion of lease payments to purchase the space at a later date.

4. Per Diem lease - pay only for the time the space is used.  Rate dependent on amount of space, amount of time/week and duration of lease.

Construction Timeline

     The construction for the interior spaces will take approximately 90-120 days from the date the plans are stamped and delivered to Legacy Building Systems, LLC.

     Pad Ready buildings the construction time table for both the shell construction and the interior spaces will take approximately 180 days from the date the plans are stamped and deliverred to Legacy Building Systems, LLC.
